Terms of Service

By subscribing to DigiMenu UK, you agree to the following conditions:

• QR menu hosting is provided on a per-location basis.
• All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store or process card data.
• Clients may cancel at any time; no contracts or lock-ins apply.
• Services are renewed monthly or yearly depending on your selected plan.
• Uploaded menus (PDFs) are publicly accessible for viewing via QR code.

Additional Terms

• Content Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for the content they upload. DigiMenu UK is not liable for copyrighted material, misinformation, or offensive content contained in submitted menus.
• Uptime & Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime, but temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party infrastructure. DigiMenu UK cannot be held responsible for losses during such downtime.
• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once service is activated. Exceptions may be made in cases of system malfunction or verified billing errors.
• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction. If you reside or operate within the EU, this agreement remains legally binding across applicable regulations.
